To start, download the free Je Joue app.
Turn your devices Bluetooth on and open the Je Joue app (if this is your first time using it, a tutorial will appear automatically and walk you through the app)

To change the vibration speed, select the numbers on the right hand side of the screen (1-5) or gently swipe the screen up and down.
