Seller Identification

The products available on the official website www.hotbunny.store are offered for sale by Best Future Srl, with registered office at Via M.T. di Calcutta 11/A in Monvalle (VA), Italy, registered under VAT number IT039, and email address info@bestfuture.it. Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

Definitions

Online sales contract: an agreement concluded remotely between the Seller and the end-consumer Buyer, through an online sales system organized by the Seller using Internet technology.
Seller: Pepemio, operator of the website www.hotbunny.store, directly offering products to end users.
Products: any goods and/or services made available for purchase on the website, described in detail on the respective product pages.
Buyer: the end consumer purchasing for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity.
Parties: collectively, the Seller and the Buyer.
Website: the Seller’s online platform, accessible at www.hotbunny.store, through which purchases can be made.
Consideration: the sales price of the products, as indicated on the website at the time of the Buyer’s order.

Purpose of the Agreement

These general terms and conditions govern purchases made online through the Seller’s website. By placing an order, the Seller undertakes to provide the selected products, and the Buyer agrees to purchase them under the procedures available on the site.

Acceptance of Terms

Submission of an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Seller may update or amend the terms, which will apply only to purchases made after their publication on the website.

Purchasing Process and Prices

Purchases are made by registering on the website, adding products to the virtual shopping cart, and confirming the order.
Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, not included in the product price, are clearly indicated and communicated to the Buyer before the order is finalized.

Right of Withdrawal

Warranties and Support

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided under Italian law. In the event of defective or non-compliant products, the Buyer is entitled to free repair or replacement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Italian law. For consumer Buyers, jurisdiction lies with the court of their place of residence or domicile, in accordance with applicable law. For non-consumer Buyers, exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the Court of Varese.

Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties, replacing any prior written or oral arrangements. Any amendments must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
